全福講寺座落在周莊鎮(zhèn)西側(cè)的白蜆江畔。宋元佑元年(1086年)，里人周迪功郎，舍宅為寺，位于白蜆湖畔。后經(jīng)歷代擴(kuò)建，梵宮重疊，香火旺盛，成為遠(yuǎn)近聞名的寺院。到了本世紀(jì)五十年代，殿宇改作糧庫，隨著周莊鎮(zhèn)旅游業(yè)的發(fā)展，全福講寺于1995年重建。歷時(shí)不到一年，一座以水借景的寺廟園林建成了。
